AKA Amanda DiGiondomenico, I'm a freelance illustrator, painter, and letterer in Annapolis, MD.

I create work that is bold, bright, and a little bit cheeky. I want the people who find my art to get the same feeling of joy when they look at it that I feel when I'm creating it, and the things that give me joy are bold color choices, surreal plants, and a feeling of adventure. I find inspiration in tropical plants, my home, and my multicultural background. While my work is mainly digital, I like to retain a hand-drawn look through the use of real-life textures and imperfections. And I still get my hands dirty with gouache and occasional murals.

"Amanda was a pleasure to work with. She understood the scope, feel and look of the project immediately and provided valuable feedback. I ended up deferring to her for most of the scene ideas and her creative instincts where spot on. It was such a nice experience working with Amanda that I've already recommended her to my colleague video producers working for Martha Stewart Weddings, and they also agree--she's fantastic to work with! I would highly recommend using her and I plan on working with her again the first chance I get."

DEAR

Of all the illustrators in the world, why choose me?

I'm known for my speedy (and always quality) work. Blame it on my tendency to procrastinate, but I am willing to work within any timeline to make sure you get the product you need to make your creative director happy.

I also work 100% digitally, so while my work has the hand drawn look you want, edits are easy-peasy.
